LOOI Wan Ping is a Singaporean producer, filmmaker, and founding member of 13 Little Pictures. He is a Berlinale Talents and Busan Asian Film Academy alumnus. He recently produced Before the Sea Forgets (Dir. Le Ngoc Duy), a Vietnamese short film that premiered at Directors’ Fortnight, Cannes 2025. His previous credits include Baby Queen (BIFF 2022, Visions du Réel 2023), a meditative documentary-fiction blend, and Tiong Bahru Social Club (BIFF 2020), a stylized satire released theatrically in Singapore and distributed on Disney+. Earlier work includes White Days (HKIFF 2009), as well as producing support on Demons (Berlinale 2019), Revenge of the Pontianak (Netflix), and Fundamentally Happy (Tallinn Black Nights IFF, MUBI).

His upcoming project, Strange Root (CineMart 2025), reflects his continued commitment to fostering international co-productions that connect filmmakers and audiences across borders.
